This policy explains what personal information Artizee Marbles collects through artizeemarbles.ae, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It is written to align with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. That is normally your name, phone number, email address, project location and whatever you write in the enquiry message, along with any drawings or photographs you attach. We also collect basic, anonymous analytics such as pages viewed and approximate region, which is not used to identify you personally.
Why we collect it
- To prepare and send you a quotation
- To arrange a site visit, slab viewing or delivery
- To keep a record of your project for warranty and aftercare purposes
- To answer follow-up questions about work we have carried out
We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twenty-four months. Project records are kept for the duration of the ten-year workmanship warranty plus one year, because we need them to honour that warranty.
Who else sees it
Only the Artizee team members working on your enquiry, and where necessary a delivery partner who needs the site address and a contact number. We do not transfer personal data outside the UAE except where our email provider stores messages on servers abroad under standard contractual safeguards.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies required for basic operation and anonymous traffic measurement. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of the site.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@artizeemarbles.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date below. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated by email.
